Week two is done…finished…finnito…terminado!!! 😂 Maybe it’s just me, but there is such a feeling of accomplishment that comes over you when you actually establish some type of workout routine. I was pretty excited to get going this week. I mentioned it last week, but the gym we go to is closed on Saturdays and Sundays so I’ve decided to use those as break days.
This week, I decided to stick with the same routine as week one but increase the kettle bell’s weight. Instead of the 18lb. I used the 25lb. and boy did I feel the difference!! It made me slow down the move and actually focus on my thy and glute muscles when doing them. Look at me sounding all fitnessy and stuff! LOL
One other thing I started doing this week is weighing myself every morning and when I get on the elliptical machine, add my weight and age. Not sure if it made a difference but it is a small change. By doing that I noticed I went down 2 lbs. from my start weight. No, I still haven’t made a change in diet…😬, no judgement please 😂, I really wanted to start with moving before I overwhelmed myself.
30 min elliptical on Fat Burn (adding in age and weight)
3 sets of 10 kettle bell swings (25 lbs)
3 sets of 10 knee raises on the abs machine.
